Update
Dear Valued Partner,

As part of our commitment to outstanding performance, we will be completing scheduled maintenance on the Notarize platform this week. As a result, the Notarize platform will be unavailable on Sunday, January 24th from 12:00am – 1:30am EST.

During this 90-minute period, customers will be unable to create or send transactions – and signers will be unable to connect with a notary. ALL platform functions, including login and reporting, will be suspended during this timeframe.

To avoid disruption to you or your signers, we recommend coordinating any planned / known signings on the Notarize platform be completed by 10pm EST on Saturday, January 23rd.

We will continue to communicate this planned downtime through a variety of channels, including in-platform notifications, to allow our partners and customers adequate time to prepare and plan transaction timing accordingly. To avoid disruption to you or your signers, we recommend coordinating any planned / known signings on the Notarize platform be completed by 10pm EST on Saturday, January 23rd.
